Two more ships join search for missing baby in waters around Tenerife as island observes minutes silence

Two Guardia Civil ships have joined the search for missing one-year-old Anna in the waters around the island of Tenerife, after the discovery of her older sisters body yesterday.

The ships are trying to locate the whereabouts of the missing infant and her father – Tomás Gimeno – who abducted the pair from their mother at the end of April.

It’s now feared that the father murdered his children before taking his own life.
